It features 12 cores and 24 threads, a 2.0 GHz base clock boosting to 3.5 GHz, plus 48 MB cache and 110 W TDP. It supports up to 1.13 TB of DDR5 memory (up to 4800 MT/s) across four channels, with ECC support. Built-in accelerators include Intel’s AMX, DSA, DLB and QuickAssist, and it supports full virtualization, AES/NIST encryption, SGX, TDX and memory encryption features.
