S5850-48XMG8C 48-Port Ethernet Switch with 48 x 10GbE Ports

The S5850-48XMG8C is a high-performance Layer 3 Ethernet switch built for campus cores and data centre aggregation. It delivers 48 multi-gigabit RJ45 ports supporting 100M, 1G, 2.5G, 5G, and 10GBASE-T, plus 8 x 100G QSFP28 uplinks with breakout support for 10G and 25G. With up to 2.56 Tbps switching capacity and a forwarding rate of 1904 Mpps, it handles high-density, low-latency workloads with ease. Designed for resilient and secure networks, it supports EVPN-VXLAN, MLAG, BGP, OSPF, VRRP, and PTP v2 with TC, BC, and OC modes for precise time synchronisation. Built-in MACsec secures Ethernet links at line rate. High availability is ensured through 1+1 hot-swappable power supplies and four smart hot-swappable fans.
